Presentations/ DTP Analyst, Contract, Asset Management, London

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee the precision and promptness of content in materials through proofreading and data verification
• Manage and update presentations, pitchbooks, and other materials on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Update Portfolio Manager biographies and fund profiles
• Support the Sales team by creating slides and presentations
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure approval of materials
• Monitor market events and their relation to marketing material
• Enhance marketing processes
   

Requirements:

• Experience within asset management or other relevant financial industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• High attention to detail
• Good organisation skills, ability to work to tight deadlines
