Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Providing excellent services to 'red' clients via phone, email, webchat and face to face. The high standard will be judged by the quality of the client satisfaction, the speed of answer, abandoned rate and call monitoring (tone of voice, knowledge, communication skills, warmth and engagement) Record all client communications on SalesForce Create opportunities for our Red clients to interact with IG's PCMs and our leaders/experts and participating and/or organising client meetings and events. Identify and introduce commercial opportunities to existing clients Increase the value of the existing client base and maximize the client reactivations. Meet departmental and personal KPI's Be an IG values champion

Person Specification:

Ability / Expertise


  • Fluency in team language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (the key is to be able to empathise with our clients)
  • Analytical and logical approach to problem solving
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledgeable about financial markets, financial products and client services.

  • Selling and commercial skills


  • A degree level education

  • Having been in Trading Services for 18 months
  • Previous customer service or client management experience
