Portfolio Test Manager required by my Leading Financial Services client in London.

The purpose of the Portfolio Test Manager role is to co-ordinate the end to end test life cycle activities for a Business Units pipeline of work. Ensuring that the team they are responsible for can meet delivery timelines, whilst maintaining quality in what is being delivered for the business and its customers.

In this role, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders and be the day to day face of the testing service. You will also be expected to drive initiatives to improve test efficiency whilst maintaining an effective team.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a Leading Financial Services firm, without having previous financial industry experience.

The following is essential:

  • Test Management experience (ideally matrix management).
  • Experience of the software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile or a hybrid driven development approach and the phases/types of testing that form part of the lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in the use of test management tools such as HP ALM and JIRA, including defect management.
  • Knowledge of Automation tools and frameworks, including BDD, UFT, Selenium, Cucumber & Soap UI.
  • Background in a Regulated industry (Financial Services desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package
