Our client, a European mid-market private equity fund, is looking to hire a Portfolio Talent Manager to join its impressive London team. Earlier this year the fund celebrated a milestone and have made a number of impressive acquisitions, making it a very exciting time to join. The role will be based in London and the successful person will be responsible for project managing recruitment initiatives, ranging from talent identification, market mapping, talent pipe lining and C-level talent acquisition to help drive value creation across the European Portfolio companies. You will be working very closely with the Portfolio Talent Director on a daily basis along with having regular contact with key stakeholders both internally and externally across a large European geographic area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify talent using direct and indirect sourcing tools
- Conduct ongoing talent pooling for current and future business needs across sector, function and geography
- Gather market intelligence, competitor intelligence and market trends
- Take ownership for developing and managing the CRM database tool
- Ensure the CRM database is updated to reflect all contact with current candidates
- Partner with the Talent Director to build relevant talent pools
- Manage database of suppliers e.g. search, assessment and learning and development
- Produce high quality reports and dashboards for presentation to internal stakeholders
- Track and analyse search outcomes and head hunter performance
- Manage third-party providers to ensure recruitment processes are delivered efficiently
YOUR PROFILE:
- Proven experience within a research role, ideally having worked within an executive search firm
- Experience in recruiting into the private equity sector would be advantageous
- Educated to a degree level
- Strong spreadsheet / reporting experience
- Experience of working with MS Dynamics
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent German and / or French would be highly advantageous
