Portfolio Compliance is responsible for implementing and running controls & processes to ensure we are compliant with all applicable regulatory and portfolio issued guidelines. The Regualtory Reporting / Disclosures team is primarily responsible for the monitoring and reporting of the large shareholdings, short trading and Takeover Panel transaction to each of the regulators in EMEA, covering all global investments in these countries, as well as responding to internal and external requests for information on the firms positions in companies and securities. The group is engaged with and provides services to many other departments across the firm in particular Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, and Corporate Governance, as well as working closely with other Business Operations and Technology teams.
