Lloyds Banking Group's pension schemes for colleagues are among the largest in the UK, and a key part of our Reward offering. As part of the People Centre of Excellence, the Group Pensions team has a dual role supporting both the Trustees of those schemes and the Group in developing strategy and delivering well managed pension schemes for both current and former colleagues.

As Pensions Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in knitting together the pension schemes' complex operational landscape involving multiple external providers and interaction with other LBG systems and processes. You will provide oversight of the full end to end processes and will proactively identify and address any gaps in the operating model to continually improve the member experience while carefully managing risk and cost.

As well as a strong knowledge of pension schemes, you'll need great relationship management skills and the ability to deliver results quickly for our colleagues. Our team is based in two hubs, London and Halifax, and you'll need to travel between the two.
