As the Payroll Advisor, working in the busy team, you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of functions. The role will manage the monthly payroll and be responsible for taking ownership of all payroll procedures.
Processing an outsourced payroll for 250 employees, the role will also deal with processing benefits, apprenticeship levy and will act as the first point of contact for all employee queries on Payroll related matters. You will have the ability build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels and provide a high quality HR service at all levels.
Experience creating and provide monthly HR Payroll reports, and HR documentation such as, but not limited to, onboarding new joiners, preparing offer letters, welcome packs, producing employment contracts and processing contractual changes, employment contracts whilst maintaining HR Payroll policies and procedures.
To succeed as a Payroll Advisor in this fast-paced environment, you will need to have strong experience managing monthly payroll procedures and have strong excel skills. Furthermore, you’ll have strong attention to detail, experience with reporting, and be analytical in your nature. You’ll be a strong team player, and have the confidence to speak with various stakeholders in an informative and assertive way. Strong payroll experience is a must to be successful in this role.
