Our Programme and Change function oversee the book of work for technology change across the Trading business, with a remit to balance the need to capitalise on opportunities our business partners identify with the longer-term goal of establishing strong cross-product solutions across key functional areas.
Your objectives will include providing clarity and communication of the overall book of work, enabling strong governance around additions to the book of work, prioritisation, scope and timeliness of deliveries, working with our business management function in the generation and monitoring of financial forecasts and variance explains and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders across our programmes.
You will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills alongside a demonstrable ability to tailor project messaging from low level working groups to senior management steercos.
It's likely your background includes previous Senior PMO roles in an Investment Banking environment, covering either business facing projects, strategic technical projects or regulatory change with experience shaping process and practice.
If you have experience scaling Agile delivery that would be beneficial.
