Aviva Investors are looking to add a PMO Analyst with regulatory change expertise to our Global Transformation team in London on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

The Role

Regulation is key focus of Aviva Investors. As a PMO Analyst you will support our Regulatory Transformation team in successfully delivering projects within that area and support the business with ad hoc requests for information.

The Team

The Aviva Investors Transformation team partner with the Executive team and help shape the overall business strategy. They take ownership for converting the business strategy into a strategic global roadmap and portfolio of initiatives. They also provide the delivery and governance capability that will ensure successful delivery of the strategic global roadmap as well as the mandatory and regulatory initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure a consistent set of Portfolio Management standards are developed and applied across all workstreams.
  • Ensure measureable milestone, consistent with Portfolio timescales that have been established and monitor them on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform planning, tracking and resource management of the Portfolio
  • Define and manage interdependencies with the Portfolio across Aviva Investors and Group.
  • Define and manage risk and issue Management
  • Establish good systems and procedures to ensure efficient processing and retrieval of information
  • Support workstream leads within the Portfolio
  • Supporting individual projects by running packages of work in a range of projects - which may include leading phases of analysis, design and/ or delivery.
  • Co-ordinating governance meetings.


Must Have:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relationship Management skills including with senior level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience of different project management techniques
