Morgan McKinley's Secretarial & Office Support team have a fantastic new job opportunity for an experienced PA to join a very well established and growing Property Management type company based in the Mayfair, London area.

The main purpose of the PA job is to work closely with Senior Managerial or Directorial staff to provide secretarial and administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. The managers often rely heavily on their PA, trusting that work will be handled efficiently in their absence. Discretion and confidentiality are therefore essential attributes of a successful PA.

Salary: £30,000 to 32,000 per annum plus company benefits.

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Diary management
  • Maintaining office systems such as; data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
  • Processing expenses using Concur
  • Organising meetings
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, requests and handling them when appropriate
  • Producing and collating quarterly reports using InDesign
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority, in the absence of a receptionist
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming emails and post
  • Producing documents, reports and presentations
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Carrying out specific projects and research as and when required

Skills and experience required for the PA role:
  • Proven PA / EA experience working in a similar role, ideally within the Real Estate / Property Management / Investments sector
  • Experience of using Concur (expenses)
  • Good IT skills and ideally have experience of using InDesign
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Highly organised
