The purpose of this role is to manage, design, and nurture, ideas and solutions that enhance the Operating model and all Operational processes. You will be responsible for defining, driving and delivering new functionality for existing products, and building out new services as required. You should be able to continually review, improve, and shape, a current working practice from initial requirements through to post implementation and effectively communicate to a wider audience. You should also have solid experience in reducing risk and improving controls, but also have a keen eye for innovation.

Key Objectives:
› Definition and implementation of new products and services
› Gain a good understanding of SEI’s approach to Agile (Mid-PSI, PSI Planning, Demo’s, Inspect and Adapt, Sprints, hardening, EST, UAT etc)
› Build relationships within the UK solutions team and Operational Business Units, but also key stakeholders (Product Management, Development, Relationship, Sales, etc) and have good influencing skills

Responsibilities:
› Agile and non-agile;
o Clearly articulate business needs into business requirements, document, and package for Rally/Business Case
o Effectively communicate those needs and requirements
o Attend internal SEI UK release planning meetings
o Understand and asses impact to UK of any US lead developments
o Service Guide maintenance and updates
o Assist in any user acceptance testing of specific configuration and service changes/ enhancements to ensure that these are working as designed to meet client requirements  
o Good understanding of development/agile flow, RPA’s, and OCR technology would be beneficial
› Understand the synergies between operational areas and how they interact
› Ability to rationalise the downstream, and cross team impact of an idea or concept
› Ability to visualise, design, and demonstrate where a process can be streamlined to increase productivity/scale/efficiencies
› Understand and incorporate risk and controls structures and framework
› Act as liaison between SIEL’s operations (where applicable), solutions, relationship and service management teams and the client on business critical issues
› Ensure timely response to internal/external queries on technical issues and provide effective resolution/facilitation of issues within the established service standards.  
› Assisting with prospect due diligence activities and service gap analysis
› Travel to meet with clients/prospects and US teams when required
› Keep Current – (market conditions, regulation, SEI products and services, etc.) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices
› Any other ad-hoc projects as required
