Operations Executive
Each region has a Senior Operations Manager who liaises with the Office Support Teams and Operations Directors to deliver a range of service provisions, ensuring the most efficient running of operations and Azets sites. This is a remote position, with ad hoc travel in the South region.

The role
Operations Specific Tasks
- Timesheet ManagementAssist Senior Operations Managers in ensuring that timesheets are completed on time across all offices in the South, Central, and West regions.
Follow up with team members via email or phone to remind them of deadlines. - Work In Progress (WIP) ManagementEnsure that all Inter database recharging is processed correctly and reaches WIP.
- Document Creation and MaintenanceCreate and update documents using the Microsoft Office suite, maintaining high standards of formatting, accuracy, and consistency
- Azets Document Management SystemDemonstrate proficiency in using CCH document management system to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ad-Hoc Project SupportProvide assistance for various ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Team SupportRespond to and action general requests from team members as needed.
- Practice Economic SessionsAssist in delivering and ensuring understanding of Practice Economic sessions at a local level for all staff.
- CCH System ComplianceDrive the adoption of CCH system usage, including providing additional training as necessary.
Collaborate with the CCH team to ensure compliance with Azets' agreed usage of the system. - Reporting SupportAssist with providing reporting support for teams, as required.
- Central Task CoordinationHelp coordinate the roll-out of central tasks and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
- Utilisation MonitoringMonitor staff utilisation and assist in identifying underperformers.
- Property Team LiaisonLiaise with the Azets UK Property team regarding property-related tasks, including Health & Safety (H&S) compliance, and support local office teams.
- Supplier Payment QueriesAssist Finance with queries related to supplier payments
- M&A SupportProvide support for new acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration in collaboration with the M&A team.
- System Review and ImprovementContribute to ongoing system reviews and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support for RMPs and OMPsProvide ad-hoc support to Regional Management Partners (RMPs) and Office Managing Partners (OMPs) as needed.
- Team-Wide SupportOffer ad-hoc support to staff across regions as required
- Cross-Regional CollaborationCollaborate with Senior Operations Managers to ensure consistency and standardization of processes across Azets UK.

Skills & experience
Skilled and experienced in day-to-day operations, with:
- A strong ability to act as a key contact for operational related matters, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
- Serving as the liaison between the Senior Operations Managers and the Azets offices, managing coordination and responding to the offices enquiries as needed.

- Proficient at multi-tasking and successfully working on several ongoing tasks at any one time
- Applies problem-solving techniques to address challenges and find practical solutions
- Awareness of, and compliance with, Azets policies and procedures, as detailed on The Hive
- Good understanding of anti-Money Laundering and other mandatory regulatory compliance together with obtaining a sound understanding of internal processes and individual responsibility for reporting breaches
- Basic project management skills in order to deliver work on time and to budget
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work
TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION SKILLS
- Has an awareness of the budgeting timescales, for a particular aspect of assignments, on chargeable tasks
- Familiarity with practice management system including timesheets and expenses
IT & SYSTEMS SKILLS
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMs
- Competent in key performance software, with support, inc CCH, Microsoft Office, Azets Reach, CoZone
