Operations Director

So that we continue to deliver value to our clients, we are engaged in a business transformation programme to ensure that we are applying the latest technology and working practices to one of the oldest professions in the world. As part of this transformation, we are keen to expand the business by exploring new markets and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

a) Management: managing all of the firm's functions other than sales. Providing KPI reports to the partners on a regular basis.

b) Operational Business Transformation- Ensuring that all necessary processes, policies, technology and structures are in place and up to date, to ensure that the business functions smoothly and is correctly aligned with its vision.

c) Strategy- drawing up a business strategy in conjunction with the partners.

d) Marketing and internal communications- developing a marketing strategy and ways of communication which foment a positive culture

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

a minimum of 6 years' experience in management consultancy

experience with Small and Medium Enterprises, preferably with some experience of working with Professional Services Firms

experience in managing IT, HR and finance functions

project management experience

Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate across senior and junior stakeholders

Ability to motivate and drive teams forward

Adaptability and willingness to roll sleeves up and get involved with all parts of the business

Collaborative, comfortable working across several different teams

Experience with driving change is essential
