Fusion is a major programme across the Bank that is launching Fusion tools into the Business according to a Global Template. This means that the launch of Fusion tools will result in a re-engineering of many current business processes. The benefit to the Bank is a globally standardised suite of processes on a single global platform supported by a suite of standardised key controls that will allow for better transparency and insight into spend thereby enabling more informed business decisions.
In this role, you will:
The Operational Risk Manager roleholder is responsible for providing oversight on controls over the Risk environment of the Programme. This straddles both execution risk of the Programme's deliverables as well as ensuring that Risks and Issues are captured, mitigated and risk accepted by the local Business owners. The roleholder will be manage the relationships with external audit, Internal Audit and the wider Risk community. Working closely with the business deployment teams as well as across the Programme team, the roleholder will ensure risk is always considered in a practical, applied way to support Transition to BAU and ensure that business has the right controls and procedures in place to operate effectively.
