Leading Wealth Manager seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to join their London office.

Key Responsibilities:
 Reviewing, investigating and reporting on operational risk events;
 Production of operational risk management information reports;
 Coordinate RCSA process;
 Provide challenge to risk assessments, controls and mitigants;
 Propose actions to reduce risk exposures and/or improve controls, where required;
 Provide second-line oversight of third party risk management and outsourcing;
 Providing support and training to the first line of defence;

Key Skills/ Experience Required:

 Experience in a comparable role within an FCA-regulated firm (wealth management preferred);
 Experience in undertaking and challenging root cause analysis of risk events;
 Excellent reporting and presentation skills (MS Word and Excel);
 Experience in facilitating RCSA workshops.

 Highly organised;
 Able to work independently and under own initiative;
 Attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy of information;
 Excellent interpersonal skills;
 Ability to deal with sensitive issues in a professional manner; and
 Maintain high professional standards when interacting with colleagues and other industry professionals.
