Natixis UK is looking for a(n) Operational Risk Analyst

Overview:
Support the Head of Operational Risk in the implementation of the Operational Risk framework in London branch and across the EMEA platform.
Follow up and report on the status of action plans from incident reports, the risk assessment
process and other actions.
Analyse operational loss data and produce reports for committees. Maintain the departmental databases and records (electronic & paper). Arrange and minute meetings with the heads of each business line. Assist with :
• the new product & new platform process
• the risk and control assessments (risk mapping)
• serious incidents and reporting
• due diligence visits (ad hoc as required)
To undertake ad hoc risk related projects.
To generally support and assist the Head of Operational Risk.
All actions where appropriate to this position must be compatible with Natixis carrying out business in accordance with the FCA Principles for Business which are available on the FCA website and detailed in the Natixis UK compliance manual.
Support the Head of Operational Risk EMEA in the implementation of the procedures in the region.
Follow up and report on the status of action plans from incident reports, the risk assessment process, key audit recommendations and other actions.
Assist the Head of Operational Risk EMEA in the preparation of OR committees across the platform; Participate in the preparation of Key Risk Indicators for the platform; If applicable, assist the RRO in the contribution to the production of reports required by regulators.
Assist the Head of Operational Risk EMEA in his control and contribution to the progress and updating of business OR mapping for the platform;
Investigate and obtain any missing information necessary to accurately report and record incidents in OSIRISK;
Input data to OSIRISK — incidents, risk assessments, KRI data, corrective actions etc;
Draft serious incident reports before they are transmitted to the person in charge of the corporate function concerned and to the Head of the OR Department in Paris;
Assist in the follow-up of action plans which have been agreed with the business following incidents, or the risk assessment process.


Profile:

Experience in Operational Risk in a financial institution an advantage
Strong skills in Microsoft software including in particular, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
