A rapidly growing financial services firm are seeking a newly / recently qualified ACA to join their internal audit function in London as an Assistant Internal Audit Manager. The internal audit function totals 8 staff supporting a global workforce of in excess of 700. The expectation is that the successful candidate will be promoted to Audit Manager level within 1 year, having completed relevant CISI exams (full financial support and study leave provided).
Applicants should be ACA (or equivalent) qualified but can come from any industry background (financial services experience would be a bonus rather than a pre-requisite). The role demands an individual with both the resilience and confidence to develop relationships with senior stakeholders, and challenge them as / when required.
