Do you have New Business Sales experience selling software or solutions into the Financial Services sector? Would you like the opportunity to work with a leading-edge start-up software company in the FinTech sector in London? Do you have a degree level education and a drive to further your career? This is a rare opportunity to work with a well-funded and forward thinking FinTech company. With a recent round of funding, they urgently need a New Business Sales specialist with experience of selling software or data solutions into the Financial Services sector, ideally to FCA Regulated firms.

They offer a SaaS platform giving SME financial services companies the ability to manage the regulation required and risk involved in Customer onboarding, saving their clients time and money. The company is scaling up at speed to hit ambitious revenue. If you have some exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, KYC or AML solutions your application will leap to the top of the pile.

Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Owning and managing the sales process from lead generation through to contract signature
  • Utilising subject matter experts when necessary to help win deals
  • Taking responsibility for all client presentations, proposals, win strategies and RFPs
  • Building strategic relationships with the client base to identify new initiatives
  • Managing all commercial and contract negotiations with your prospects
  • Maintaining good industry knowledge of Compliance, KYC, AML and Regulation issues
  • Assisting in marketing related activities

Our client would love to meet with ambitious sales professionals who can demonstrate:

  • 3+ years’ experience of new business software sales into the Financial Services sector
  • A good track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Some knowledge of Compliance, KYC, AML and associated regulation
  • The ability to sell consultatively
  • Good lead generation skills
  • A strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills
  • Degree level education
