New Accounts Head of Training
Job Description & Requirements
Leading the design, development and implementation of training initiatives and frameworks that support the company's business strategy for revenue growth and priorities.
Key deliverables for this role are:
  • Create global consistency on existing and new training procedures
  • Upskill Customer Service to improve reputation through operational and service excellence
  • Design a Learning and Development program to drive higher level performance and employee career development
  • Identify employees training needs and devise an annual training plan in partnership with Service Level Targets (SLT) and HR teams
  • Create content such as e-learning, collateral and other training materials that will impact behaviour-changing training using various training methods
  • Coordinate internal existing training resources to deliver training initiatives with a global level of consistency
  • Ensure all new hires receive high-quality orientation in order to maintain a high employee performance level and standard
  • Build solid cross-functional relationships with departmental heads and management across the business in order to determine program priorities, roll-out plans, set program deadlines and ROI analytics
  • Mentor key training personnel; assisting in the execution of their duties, refining skills, and preparing for new opportunities
  • Partner with HR to identify leadership & career development training opportunities and deliver a high-quality curriculum
  • Track attendance and compliance of all training initiatives taking place and ensuring measures of success are in place

  • 15 years + team management experience
  • 10 years + experience in a training and development capacity
  • Operating within a global organisation, exposure to cultural and language differences
  • Experience in influencing and partnering at Exec or SLT level
  • Setting out a strategy and delivering the vision
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • People focused and client centric
  • Managing demand, organising workload and identifying priorities
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build & manage relationships, as well as influence
  • Competent working autonomously, under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Expertise running virtual programmes and collaborating with virtual teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and setting high standards
  • Ability to speak additional languages
