Global Production Services (GPS) forms part of the banks Technology Function, providing core technology infrastructure products and services to the banks global platform. The department is responsible for the provision of production services across the banks key technology systems and processes, service and support framework, architecture and planning, as well as key operational security controls. The GPS department is made up of 2 key areas, Production Services and Delivery Services covering the following core functions;
Regional Technology Centres:
Responsible for the management and performance of the of the organisation’s Network and Voice operations to satisfy service level agreements (SLA’s), and operational level agreements (OLA’s), with Lines of Business (LoB), and other Run The Bank (RTB), teams
