The Role:

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Institutional and Wholesale marketing strategy for the M&G Switzerland, Nordics & Netherlands business. You will support all asset classes including fixed income, equities, real estate and multi asset.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

•Develop and implement a measurable marketing strategy to reach both institutional and wholesale clients and prospects

•Plan, manage and deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns, using offline and online media and in line with the strategic objectives of the business

•Develop the company's brand and positioning in Switzerland, Nordics and Netherlands

•Build a strong partnership with the sales teams to establish joint priorities and gain alignment on strategic plans

•Establish and execute marketing packages with strategic partners

•Provide clear direction and leadership to people under management. Support and encourage their development

•Develop and maintain marketing literature and country websites, ensuring their content is accurate, up to date and relevant to the target audience

•Ensure that all marketing activities comply with the regulatory, Conduct Risk (Customer at Heart) and Treating Customers Fairly requirements of FCA and local regulators

•Business approver responsibility for marketing material

•Manage and build strong relationships with internal departments, key clients and external agencies on an ongoing basis

•Oversee and review all processes and procedures to ensure quality output of all materials, campaigns, programmes and quality brand representation across all elements of the marketing mix and in relevant languages including English, German, French and Dutch

•Responsible for budget planning, allocation and day-to-day management for all channel activities

You will have:

We are ideally looking for you to be degree educated with appropriate marketing qualifications either post-graduate or professional training

It is essential for you to speak German and French speaking with very good English language skills. Dutch language skills would be an advantage.
  • Strong Industry (Asset Management) and Marketing experience - regulatory knowledge and experience of the compliance approval process are essential
  • Experience of marketing to different audience types, notably wholesale and institutional and the differing approaches required to reach those audiences
  • Strong understanding of markets, investment products and the investment industry in general
  • Experience of working with multiple departments to develop customer/marketing literature and regulatory communications
  • Proven experience of managing budgets
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
