My client are a very progressive and rapidly expanding FinTech who specialise in providing post-trade risk reduction services to major derivative market participants. My client brings a variety of technology, quantitative and business skills to the industry in order to provide post-trade risk reduction services to major derivative market participants. Their focus is to deliver advanced technology to analyse banks trade and risk data.

They are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager with a sound understanding of Capital Markets or Post Trade or Derivatives would be a bonus.

This organisation has a real entrepreneurial approach with its staff and their aim is to grow their staff organically in order to create a positive and friendly working environment.

The ideal candidate for this position will work well within a high performing and hardworking marketing & communications team, you will need to have a broad skill set and a can do attitude to help support the exciting growth plans of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Internal marketing communications
  • Implement initiatives to drive employee engagement
  • Manage marketing intranet page and resource library
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to support business, product, and relationship management initiatives
  • Develop and design marketing assets
  • Manage media and creative agency relationships
  • Identify the most appropriate distribution channels to reach target audience
  • Campaign management & design
  • Media and PR
  • Digital marketing
  • Manage and update the website and LinkedIn
  • Design email marketing campaigns
  • Implement SEO targets and PPC as required
  • Literature
  • Optimise and maintain marketing elements of the CRM
  • Improve CRM to aid data driven marketing activity
  • Create and update factsheets, PowerPoints, diagrams, graphics
  • Events management
  • Brand

Key Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (marketing, English, business, finance preferred)
  • 5+ years B2B marketing experience in finance, capital markets or fintech
  • Post trade or derivatives experience a plus
  • CIM qualification preferred
  • Demonstrable digital marketing experience (WordPress, Campaign Monitor, SEO experience a plus)
  • Demonstrable CRM experience (Salesforce experience essential, Pardot a plus)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills in written & verbal English
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Energetic with a can-do attitude
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience a plus
