This is a new role for my client as they continue to expand their Thematic offering and will enable the incumbent to build out their own strategy and make this area their own.

Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Specialist's main mission is to produce marketing content in line with business objectives (product/country/client priorities), and in close collaboration with the distribution teams and Communications:

  • Production of product content for customers (B2B, B2B2C,) offline and online (product sheets and other marketing documents, presentation materials, videos, online articles, newsletters)
  • Production and updating of recurring content, depending on the life of the products (presentations, product sheets, newsletters, etc.)
  • Production of ad hoc content (promotion packs, brochures or specific articles)
  • Ensuring the conformity of the content produced, and ensuring that it is adapted to the country/language if necessary, proofreading, etc. Taking into account specific online requirements (e.g. SEO)
  • Participating in the development (creative phase) and execution of marketing campaigns in accordance with the objectives, making proposals on campaign objectives and the means to achieve them
  • Understanding and adapting marketing strategy to different profiles and audiences (professional investors, prospects, clients, end investors)
  • Participation to regional marketing activity, encompassing event activation, local partnerships, local fund launches and bespoke local marketing
  • Analysis of the performance of campaigns and digital content, and recommendations on areas for improvement
  • Back-up for other team members

Profile:

  • Experience within a similar field, in particular both campaign management, content and Equities experience
  • Additional languages including French or German would be an advantage but not essential
  • Good knowledge of the financial industry and the legal aspects associated with marketing (communication rules, regulations)
  • Interest and appetite to contribute to the firm’s client experience and digital roadmap
  • Mastery of marketing techniques, both traditional (brief, creation and production process) and digital (SEO, social networks, data analysis, etc.)
  • Organised, attentive to detail, responsive and involved, you are able to work on a large number of subjects at the same time. You are rigorous but know how to remain flexible and adapt to the unexpected. You have a strong team spirit and a great sense of service.
