Marketing Co-ordinator (Demand Generation Associate)
Job Description The Marketing Associate, Demand Generation, with oversight is responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the marketing function. They will assist with running events, help the team adhere to the marketing plan (corporate sales plan), do post project analysis and administrate and allocate inbound leads efficiently. The role will support with the execution of activities across our event and marketing channels to ensure a positive impact on productivity, efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
  • With oversight, providing support on projects and marketing campaigns to ensure the successful delivery and maximum impact of the annual marketing plan.
  • Taking responsibility for CRM administration including lead processing, scoring, allocation and tracking
  • Assisting with events, including arranging for collateral such as brochures and stands to be printed and delivered and setting up Bureau van Dijk's presence at exhibitions and conference
  • Assisting with Bureau van Dijk hosted events
  • Sourcing and ordering Bureau van Dijk promotional items
  • Managing temp agency and temps when required
  • Mailing fulfilment - occasionally you will be required to help fulfil mailings but usually you'll be managing temps or the mailing house
  • Processing the receipts from the marketing credit card
  • Processing and filing all marketing expenses and some invoices


Qualifications
  • At least one years experience with demand generation marketing is required, and B2B demand generation marketing experience is preferred, email marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and possess analytical skills, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) required
  • Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders is required.
  • Experience with financial services and/or technical solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge of and an aptitude for CRM, marketing automation systems and web analytics beneficial.
