Our client has built a fantastic name for themselves in this area of management consulting. A team of 45 consultants currently work with leading banks, insurers and wealth businesses, helping them with the more strategic, operational finance programmes. TOMs, Finance Strategy, Finance Data Strategy and multi-functional change initiatives
After 12 months of major growth, our client is looking for 10 people to join this market-leading team. We are looking for those passionate about driving change and making a real different in financial services.
Our client has a reputation for being people-focused offering training and development for day one through active mentoring and a broad array of internal resources.
We are looking for managers and senior managers to help deliver on finance transformation initiatives across their financial services client.
This might suit someone at a small consulting firm, looking for more structure, training, diversity and global initiatives. This also might suit someone at a large consulting firm who is not getting the quality of projects they want or who might wish to focus on the higher-end/more strategic work.
Projects tend to be 3-9 months and cover the following topics:
1. Finance operating models
2. Complex change e.g. there is a programme currently at a top-3 bank looking at a new operating model across finance, operations and risk
3. Cost reduction or cost analysis both group and functional level
4. Brexit Strategy
5. An analysis of current finance systems performance and roadmaps for change
We are open to consultants at all levels. We would also consider those delivering internal change in industry, though they would need to hit the various competencies our client is looking for.
