Our client is a globally recognised firm based in London, seeking an ambitious candidate to join their highly successful Public Company Advisory Team (Capital Markets) at the manager and/or executive level.

Our client is a globally recognised firm based in London, seeking an ambitious candidate to join their highly successful Public Company Advisory Team. They are looking for a commercially driven individual, who is willing to focus on self-development, whilst also having the desire to mentor junior colleagues within the capital markets sector.

As a valued member of their team you will provide companies with the deep technical advice and solutions they need to navigate complex risks and challenges, whilst helping them achieve the best possible outcome for their business and future growth.

As a member of the advisory team you will be providing the following advice to clients:
-AIM Floatation
-Public Company M&A
-Retail bond
-Private project Financing

Specific areas you will be involved in on a day to day basis will include:
-Project management of transactions
-Portfolio management of clients
-Management of junior colleagues
-Business development
-Developing and maintaining contacts
-Management of sale pitches and proposals

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a nominated advisor (NOMAD) or corporate finance role in either an accounting, stockbroking, corporate finance, law or FCA regulated firm. The candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), and should be a qualified accountant, lawyer or possess an alternative technical qualification. The candidate must demonstrate strong organisational skills as well as competencies in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Preferences would be given to candidates with strong experience working Public Company Advisory and Capital Markets.
