Management Consultant – Financial Services Operations Consulting. Major global advisory firm are expanding their financial services practice across all major financial sector verticals and have a number of fantastic opportunity for individuals to begin or continue a career in management consulting.

The firm are looking for individuals from capital markets, insurance, retail banking and investment management backgrounds to join specific parts of their practice and work on large transformation and advisory work concerning business agility, target operating model design, process re-engineering and cost reduction.

This is an opportunity either from individuals coming from relevant industry backgrounds, or existing management consultants, who have strong delivery experience, solid industry knowledge, and ideally an idea of how technology is enabling business outcomes, to play a key role on high profile advisory work at major financial services firms.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 4+ (minimum) years of experience within the global financial services
• Industry experience in capital markets, retail banking, insurance or investment management
• Demonstrable subject matter expertise in one particular industry area
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This are permanent roes  at £38,000 - £70,000 salary + benefits & bonus.  Salaries at the higher end of this bracket necessitate previous management consulting  and delivery experience.
