The Broker Sales Manager is responsible for providing sales and client servicing support to the regional sales director in the required region. Additionally, the role will develop telephone based sales relationships with targeted accounts in a designated region promoting the full range of products available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work across team to support sales and client service effort with personal responsibility for delivery & sales
  • Drive sales efficiency at local level
  • Provide a comprehensive support function to ensure Sales remain in front of clients
  • Responsibility for Territory CRM maintenance
  • Proactive sales focus to agreed intermediaries
  • Produces territory analysis and MI
  • Supports channel sales & marketing campaigns
  • Ability to initiate, maintain relationships and motivate clients "at distance"

Qualifications required:

  • Strong communication, numeracy and literacy skills normally associated with the level obtained by successfully completing a higher education qualification.
  • Desirable: Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Desirable: IMC qualification


Experience required:

  • Proven experience within either a Telephone Sales or Sales Support
  • Preferably 1-3 years' experience together with proven and
    consistent sales results
  • Skilled in MI & Sales analysis with the ability to manipulate data to efficiently target accounts
  • Able to demonstrate and effectively position fund proposition in the context of
    current market conditions. Working knowledge of investment basics and
    market dynamics
  • Working Knowledge of product sectors and distribution channels.
  • Has comprehensive understanding of relevant product sectors and distribution
    channels.
  • CRM experience, ideally Salesforce
