Role Overview

We're currently partnering with a London market broker that's looking to hire a Microsoft 365 Engineer to address a knowledge gap following a transition between service providers.

The team requires a hands-on M365 Engineer who can provide broad technical expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, support complex escalations, and contribute to both BAU activities and key workplace technology projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys getting hands-on with the Microsoft stack while working on a mixture of BAU support, technical escalations and modern workplace transformation projects.

Key Technical Requirements

The successful candidate should have strong hands-on experience across:

• Microsoft 365 administration and engineering
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• SharePoint Online
• Intune
• Application Packaging
• Windows Autopatch
• Modern Workplace technologies
• Third-line/end-user support environments

Candidates will be assessed on their technical capability during the interview process, so practical expertise is essential.

Experience Required

• Ideally 4-5 years' overall IT experience
• Minimum 1-2 years in an M365-focused administration/engineering role
• Experience within financial services is highly desirable (insurance, banking, investment management, etc.)
• Strong track record of supporting enterprise Microsoft environments
