One of the world's leading business law firms with offices in key financial centres across the Americas, Asia, Europe and Middle East is currently seeking a Litigation Support Project Assistant to join on an ongoing contract.

One of the world's leading business law firms with offices in key financial centres across the Americas, Asia, Europe and Middle East is currently seeking a Litigation Support Project Assistant to join on an ongoing contract.

The role will provide support to the litigation team, partners and employees in handling digital media, managing document reviews and investigations, and ensuring that Firm procedures and best practices are followed when working with digital evidence.

On a day to day basis you will be expected to:

  1. handle day-to-day management of digital media, including the maintenance of chain-of-custody records and the coordination of collections and deliveries of devices;
  2. handle day-to-day management of digital evidence, including electronic data transfers and permissions management;
  3. carry out project management tasks with respect to individual electronic disclosure exercises, including but not limited to preparation of review batches, formulation and execution of searches and implementation of updates to project workspaces;
  4. act as a liaison with external electronic disclosure and translation service providers, and with internal IT, Risk and Compliance and Security teams;
  5. review and manage invoices from external service providers;
  6. work with the Litigation Support Manager on the planning of investigations and disclosure exercises;

The successful candidate should have prior experience working with electronic evidence a strong understanding of the functionality of the Relativity platform and other leading document review platforms and the ability to carry out at least some administrative tasks on the platform(s).

A good understanding of electronic disclosure/forensic technologies marketplace would also be advantageous along with one of the following qualifications

  • Certified E-Discovery Specialist
  • Relativity Certified Administrator
  • PRINCE2
  • CFCE
  • EnCE

However these are not prerequisites for the role.
