Core Responsibilities

Business Planning and Analysis - IC2 Provides business support to the Securities Finance and Collateral Management Businesses with specific focus on regulation. Conducts regular reviews across the businesses to ensure compliance with the regulatory regimes. Main point of contact for Client Asset Oversight Team to ensure CASS and CAP requirements are adhered to and embedded in the businesses. Liaises with internal and external auditors.

Conducts analyses and provides business support which may include special projects/strategic initiatives and new processes.

Communicates effectively with technical and business staff.

Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations.

Stays abreast of regulation relevant to the businesses. Good understanding of the organization and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.

Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives.

May provide guidance to less experienced staff.

Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
