Commercial Banking Markets Middle Office support Commercial Banking Markets with two fundamental objectives - to manage and mitigate risk, and to provide service excellence to our clients and stakeholders. Within the Middle Office, the Primary Markets Transaction Management team looks after the front to end operational elements of a Bond Issuance, and the Client On-boarding team manages all aspects of Bond Financing Issuer on-boarding.

We have a number of part time opportunities to join our growing Middle Office Operations team as a Client On-boarding Senior Analyst, where you'll on-board clients in line with our Customer Due Diligence Standards and AML policy, working to ensure risks are minimised within a controlled environment. The part time hours available are likely to be 14 or 21 hours per week.

As a Senior Analyst, you'll also demonstrate and embed awareness of, and compliance to, internal control frameworks, policies, procedures, and audit/SOX requirements, as well as demonstrate continual awareness of market initiatives and regulatory developments, ensuring full understanding of impact to the team.

You'll develop and build sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and customers, ensuring the provision of a top tier service, providing expert advice to stakeholders by applying your operational and technical knowledge and expertise.

An experienced client on-boarding professional, you'll need to have comprehensive KYC/AML experience across multiple clients and complexity, as well as knowledge or previous exposure to working with Capital Markets products.

You'll need to demonstrate the ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, and given the level of stakeholder and internal customer interaction you will have as a Senior Analyst, you'll need to have proven experience of stakeholder management and demonstrate a high level of communication, both written and verbal.
