Logan Sinclair is looking for a Junior Resourcer to join their dynamic and vibrant team.

Founded in 2012, Logan Sinclair is a search consultancy and executive search firm specialising in front office recruitment for the asset management industry. Our focus is hiring for investment, marketing, product and distribution teams across Europe, Asia and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with team members to generate a sourcing strategy for roles, gathers competitive intelligence, helps develop targeted sourcing structures, conducts research and helps generate reusable talent maps
  • Utilise Streak (CRM), LinkedIn, Evernote, Google Suite, job boards to track candidates, workflow and screening information
  • Keep abreast of sourcing best practice tools and technologies
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy on the our internal databases and client talent acquisition systems 

Additional duties:

  • To stay current on market and functional trends and key fund industry developments
  • Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals for additional candidates
  • Leverage relevant social media and communications channels to assist in acquisition of good quality research
  • Assistance to the Managing Director with Business Development projects

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct initial candidate development, including outreach to candidates and phone screening
  • Able to determine candidate fit as outlined in detailed position specification
  • Able and willing to contact candidates/sources directly and brief candidate on opportunity and client value proposition
  • Able to conduct and document screening process, including resume pre-screening, telephone interview and short listing, design questions and scripts for screening purposes
  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition to candidates

Requirements:

  • Experience within talent acquisition and first client management
  • Proven track record in candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience
  • Developing candidate outreach and phone screening
  • Creation of “search level” go to market strategy
  • Self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Highly organised with demonstrated ability to multi-task and dynamically prioritise
  • Quality focused and able to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

The role will be on a contract basis with the scope for a permanent role in the near future.
