The WorldFirst Partnerships team is responsible for developing and maintaining a network of key strategic partners globally, and working closely with those partners to increase revenue generated from their client base. We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to join the Partnerships team on a fixed term basis of 6 months initially.

Purpose:

The WorldFirst Partnerships team is responsible for developing and maintaining a network of key strategic partners globally, and working closely with those partners to increase revenue generated from their client base. We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to join the Partnerships team on a fixed term basis of 6 months initially.

This role will report into our Head of Relationship Management and be responsible for managing some of our affiliate, eCommerce and key partnership accounts in the UK and the US. The successful candidate will also support the Senior Relationship Managers within the team with tasks such as project execution, action plans and analysis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Grow relationships with our eCommerce and affiliate partners, in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Acting as a representative of WorldFirst with its partners. Managing our partner relationships, to understand the FX requirements of their client base and how World First can service them most effectively.
  • Helping to design and execute partnership strategies, and ensure delivery of SLAs and action plans.
  • Working closely with the Partnerships sales and delivery teams to ensure the smooth and successful on-boarding of partners and their clients.
  • General responsibilities will include:
    • Day to day relationship management for partners
    • Understanding the WorldFirst Partnerships product set in order to expand revenue opportunities with existing partners
    • Understanding partner goals and strategy in order to best add value to partners
    • Partner affiliate and channel engagement, to maximize uptake of nascent business lines
    • Liaising with internal stakeholders to engage subject matter experts (i.e. marketing, dealing teams, compliance)
    • Working in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess IT/web product solution requirements and on-site partner training requirements
    • Supporting the wider team by overseeing projects, reporting, action plans
    • Monitoring processes within the team and looking at ways to make them more efficient

Key Capabilities:

  • Possess exceptional client service and relationship management skills with the ability to successfully influence partners
  • Have the aptitude to think laterally to develop the best fit solution for affiliate partner accounts and their clients
  • Have experience managing and developing long term relationships with proven delivery of SLAs and financial targets
  • Possess strong organisational and project management skills; ability to deliver on marketing and technical projects alongside in house teams
  • Be highly motivated and determined, with a desire to contribute significantly to overarching commercial objectives
