Morgan McKinley is recruiting on behalf of a leading Insurance firm, searching for a Junior Recruitment Business Partner. It is a permanent position and is paying up to £35k + Bonus + Benefits.
- Source fantastic talent through a range of sourcing streams. Develop a continual pipeline of candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building.
- Manage recruitment for all Back Office, Front Office and Corporate Function roles - developing a pipeline of candidates for each role, providing the Recruitment Business Partner with 15-20 potential candidates to take forward to screening.
- Utilise CV search functions from a variety of job boards.
- Manage internal Stakeholders to elevate the Recruitment functions brand and presence within the business.
Skills & Experience
- Proven recruitment resourcing experience from either a specialist Financial Services agency or Recruitment Consultancy background - 2-4 years.
- Experience of working to tight timescales whilst maintaining quality.
- Experience of working on 15+ vacancies at a time.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
