Junior Recruiter - Front Office
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an outstanding junior Front Office recruiter to join the growing recruitment team at Macquarie. This exciting position is a great opportunity to work with a high calibre Recruitment team as well as adding value to our high-profile Front Office business and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
To be considered for this role you will have previous Front Office, Asset Management, Private Equity or Investment Banking recruitment experience; having worked in either a Financial Services firm or a relevant recruitment agency or executive search firm.
Working alongside the Senior Recruiters, you will be expected to provide a superior recruitment service and develop strong relationships with all our key Front Office stakeholders. You will initially be responsible for the direct sourcing of all permanent roles and a small number of temp/Fixed Term Contract positions across EMEA, including proactively identifying and engaging candidates, CV screening and shortlisting, with the view to progressing to assume end to end management of the full recruitment cycle.
You will also have the opportunity to become an integral part of Macquarie’s HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work.
To be successful in this role you will be familiar with a variety of sourcing channels such as direct advertising, LinkedIn recruiter, internal mobility, social media, referrals and CRM databases to source for active and passive candidates, work well in a team and be organised with the ability to prioritise your workload. You will be driven, self-motivated and passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
