Our client is a successful global financial services company with an enviable profile and reputation. Their UK business is investing significantly in change programmes across their retail business. They are hiring a Junior Project / Change Manager to help support on projects and change iniatives within their retail investment business.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have some previous experience in project management, business change or project delivery, although this can be part of a wider role i.e. client service, operations. Knowledge of retail investments would be highly advantageous, although this person can come from wider financial services. The candidate will also need to be a self-starter who is able to work effectively in a changing environment, have strong communication and relationship building skills, experience of engaging/communicating with senior stakeholders and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
This role would represent an excellent opportunity for someone with some transferable experience who is looking to move into a formal project management or business change role.
