Our client is a prominent name in the global fixed Income and credit markets, and they're seeking to add a Junior Desk Associate to their London-based credit research team.

Working within a well-regard credit research team, and alongside experienced trading and sales groups, this role will focus on:

• Researching and producing trading recommendations for trading and sales, as well as externaly clients (hedge funds, real money, etc.)
• Working across the broad non-IG credit spectrum with a focus high yield, stressed/event-driven, distressed, loans, etc.
• Supporting a respected bench of senior credit analysts
• Working closely with the relevant international research, trading and sales teams

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the more prominent teams in the global credit markets. The successful candidate will join a large and diverse team, whilst being supported and led by senior analysts. Applicants must have excellent credit research and analysis experience, as well as the necessary strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external counterparties. The firm are open-minded as to the precise background of the ideal candidate, and therefore are happy to consider candidates with experience from both buy and sell sides, as well as those in restructuring, leveraged finance, etc.
