Junior Business Manager

• Provide support and information to Chief of Staff, Management and Employees within Group Operations

• Maintain and update Work Force Planning tool in line with actual and forecasted headcount movements

• Manage UK hiring requests

• Conduct analysis of a 3 year financial plan on a monthly basis to ensure in line with annual operational targets

• Work with offshore Vendor Management Team, providing information on contracts, billing, invoices and accruals

• Provide training and support to Business Management Team located in Poland on tasks that have been transitioned to Nearshore location, including preparing SOP's and daily management of tasks

• Working on Adhoc reports as requested by various clients and key stakeholders which include: Headcount Reporting, Time Allocation, KPI Commentary, Footprint Model, Span of Control, Organisational Design

Your team:
You will sit within the GCOO COO area but cover Group Operations in the UK. In addition to Business Management, the broader team also includes IB Account Management, the Chief of Staff function and junior talent across UK GCOO.

Able to constructively challenge and effectively communicate across all levels/ranks
