Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.
Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Junior Application Support Analyst to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Junior Application Support Analyst position include:
- Provide application support for all trading platforms
- Active monitoring of platforms & the ticketing system
- Reference data maintenance
- Trade reconciliation
- Handling of client queries resulting from day to day trading (Brokers & External clients)
- Client data updates (Instruments / Accounts)
- End of day reporting
- Updating documentation / knowledge base
- Due to the nature of the role you may be required to work extended hours at short notice to complete the work required to meet the business needs
- May be required to be on-call or to work occasional weekends
Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:
- Helpdesk / Desktop Support / Application Support experience advantageous
- Understanding / interest in technology systems
- Excel / VBA Skills
