Bowmore Asset Management is a privately-owned Wealth Management organisation based in London W1F founded in 2014. We design, create and manage investment portfolios for private clients. Due to our continued success we are growing our team and are seeking a full time Junior Administration Assistant. If you have strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, are customer orientated and looking to establish a career within the asset management Industry, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. The successful candidate will study for CISI qualifications and progress their career in Asset Management within our organisation.
The role will be varied and involve tasks such as: • Logging client details on database • Assisting with client on-boarding process • Requesting cash transfers and reviewing cash balances across custodians • Helping in preparation of client reports, forms and valuations • Preparing for client meetings • Looking after the filing, photocopying and scanning • Filing and scanning correspondence • Providing data and reports to help the team • Meeting and greeting clients • Booking meetings • Answering and forwarding phone calls • Sorting and distributing post You will need: • To be educated to A level or equivalent, preferably including Maths • Good written and verbal English • Computer literate with experience in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Excellent attention to detail • Good communication skills both face to face and over the phone • Organisation and good time management skills and the ability to multitask • Very strong level of numeracy • To be a real team player • To be Self-motivated • Outgoing personality with energy and enthusiasm • To be flexible in your approach to work • To be Logical thinker • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines • Methodical and thorough approach to work • A desire to show initiative • An ability to work independently and as a team In return we can offer you: • A competitive salary of up to £22,500 depending on experience • The opportunity to work with a leading wealth management firm • Access to a diverse set of skilled professionals • Training and Career progression • Pension scheme – subject to eligibility criteria • Fun office environment
