Norges Bank Investment Management manages the Government Pension Fund Global, and has assets worth about 7,200 billion kroner, or about $875 billion. The fund is invested in international equity and fixed-income markets and real estate. Norges Bank Investment Management is looking to recruit internationally minded graduates for the 2018 Investment Talent Programme.

The programme lasts two-years and gives trainees the opportunity to take part in a comprehensive development programme, with very high performers having the potential to pursue an external secondment and further education. The programme is designed for highly motivated and skilled candidates with recent university degrees who are looking for an exciting and demanding career in international investment management.

We are recruiting trainees for our three investment areas Equity Strategies, Allocation Strategies and Asset Strategies, as well as our Investment Risk area. Within the two-year programme you will be provided with the opportunity to become a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or undertake a specialised course such as the Certificate of Quantitative Finance (CQF) as well as take part in general development training. You will have access to top management, industry specialists and professionals to support your career development.

You will have the possibility to pursue further education, depending on performance as well as having the opportunity of being offered a secondment at a partner investment organisation.
