A
Pearse Partners have been mandated by a European Investment Bank who are hiring an Associate 1/2 to join their European FIG team. This team covers all FIG verticals with a lean to insurance and you'll have exposure to cross border and UK transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end sellside and buyside M&A transactions
- Produce marketing materials for clients across FIG verticals
- Prepare pitches and other presentations for prospective clients
- Responsible for financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Train and coach junior team members
Experience:
- 3-5 years M&A experience within a FIG IB team
- Experience within Insurance transactions is desired
- Excellent technical and financial modelling ability
- European language preferred
