Our client, an entrepreneurial Logistics investor, are looking for an associate to sit within the investment team. Working across Pan-European and UK deals, this is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm who are highly specialist in this space.
Responsibilities
- Developing and underwriting high-level financial models
- Evaluating research and performing due diligence of opportunities
- Involvement in research, analysis and execution of strategy
- Liaising with a number of parties involved in deal execution
- Assisting with the collation and presentation of marketing materials / investment memos
Looking for 3-5 years' experience in private equity real estate, logistic experience preferred but not required. Strong modelling and ability to build models from scratch.
