With the internationalisation and rapid growth of our activities, our Internal Audit team is searching for a new team member to reinforce the organisation and accelerate the development of its projects.

The Company

Tikehau Capital is an asset management and investment group with €23.4bn of assets under management (as at 30 June 2019) and shareholders’ equity of €3.1bn (as at June 2019). The Group invests in various asset classes (private debt, real estate, private equity and liquid strategies), including through its asset management subsidiaries, on behalf of institutional and private investors. Controlled by its managers, alongside leading institutional partners, Tikehau Capital employs more than 480 staff (as at 30 June 2019) in its Paris, London, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, New York, Luxembourg, Seoul, Singapore and Tokyo offices.

The Mission:

With the internationalisation and rapid growth of our activities, our Internal Audit team is searching for a new team member to reinforce the organisation and accelerate the development of its projects.

This small team is dedicated to provide insights on the key risks for the organisation by understanding the organisation’s key rules and assessing the overall effectiveness of the Group’s internal control framework. A real business partner within the organisation, the internal audit team proactively challenges the Groups framework and identifies strategic, value adding recommendation’s in order to continuously improve our set up.

As part of the Internal Audit team, you will be involved in the below engagements:

  1. Participation in the mapping of major risks

In conjunction with our Internal Audit team members, you will be involved in:

  • Participating in interviews for annual updates;
  • Reviewing internal control set-ups and possible action plans on major risks;
  • Monitoring of recommendations and improving processes.
  1. Internal Audit Missions

You will participate in the assessments defined in the Group audit plan. Audit missions could cover the following (non-exhaustive):

  • Assessment on the degree of control of operations, either by process theme or by operational entity;
  • Provide advisory services to strengthen the organisation of the existing team;
  • Perform special assessments when required;
  • Undertake strategic missions related to the development of the Group’s activities;
  • When required, perform risk assessments and conduct due diligences during the investment project vetting phase, alongside investment teams;
  • Assist portfolio companies with the implementation of their post-acquisition priority projects, notably with respect to compliance;     
  • Ability to perform frequent missions and tasks in our foreign offices.

The Profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of professional experience, specifically with successful experience in an internal audit department or general inspections within a bank or asset management environment
  • Dynamic, rigorous, curious and up to the challenge of working on diversified activities within an international environment
  • Strong technical knowledge in finance and organisation
  • Enjoys working in a demanding and fast growing environment
  • Fluent level of English is required
