Tradition is offering candidates the opportunity to take part in their Intern Broker Training Programme, to be based in London. Students will gain an insight into the day-to-day reality of broking, through both multi-product work shadowing and formal tutorials. Tradition is the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world's largest interdealer brokers in over-the-counter financial and commodity related products. CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people.

The next programme will start on 10th September 2018, for a period of approximately 4 months.  At the end of the programme, permanent employment may be offered to a number of the original entrants who are successful.

Students will be required to sit formal exams, as well as undergo normal checks in line with FCA requirements and will be paid an annual pro-rata salary of £25k.
