A global tech business who are looking to hire an International Tax Manager on an interim basis. Due to their rapid growth and increasing presence internationally has resulted in the group urgently needing an experienced tax professional to support the business and help manage their tax globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and constantly review transfer pricing strategy for the group
- Manage the group's tax reporting. This would include IFRS reporting and accounting for acquisitions
- Provide oversight for all global tax compliance that is outsourced
- Deal with R&D claims
Skills/Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified
- Experience working with an international business
- Strong experience of both UK and International Tax
- Very good understanding of IFRS tax accounting
