Our client, an international bank, is seeking to hire into their EMEA institutional sales and relationship management team in London.

The role will sit within a diverse capital markets group and will liaise with a host of internal teams (fixed income, FX, credit, equity, asset management, etc.) to actively market investment products external institutional clients in Southern Europe, with a specific focus on Italian institutions. The role will require the following experience:

  • Significant experience marketing solutions to institutional clients in Southern European, especially Italian institutional clients.
  • Established relationships with Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Asset Managers, Banks, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience across FICC, equity, and/or funds, etc. - cash, derivatives and/or structured.

The position will focus on proactive relationship management and institutional sales to deliver a suite of investment and hedging solutions to institutional clients. This role will most likely suit an institutional salesperson covering the Italian and Southern European markets, particularly within an FICC environment. This is a key hire within the bank’s pan-EMEA institutional client team, and therefore a candidate with the relevant language skills is essential.
