Our Client a European Bank are looking to build an Infrastructure fund and are looking for a Head and a number 2 to build the fund and then invest.

The Bank has decided to create a new global infrastructure fund with a €100m to €200m cornerstone investment, they intend for the fund at closure to be €700m so the successful candidate/s will be expected to attract the additional funds before they start investing.

Running a 3/4 person team in London the Bank are interested in meeting candidates with fund raising and subsequent investment experience in the global infrastructure sector and are well known within the market as they will have to drive the name from a standing start.

The team will create the investment strategy from scratch which could prove interesting in a fund with Bank backing.

My client is keen to meet candidates who are currently working for an Infrastrucure fund potentially as a number 2 but not from a bank's project finance team
