THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
To assist the Head of Risk Management (and in parallel with Group Information Security Function) in establishing budget plans in terms of the Bank’s information security activities.
To implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated plans for system security administration and user system access based on Bank and Group policies and industry-standards.
Monitor server logs, firewall logs, intrusion detection logs, and network traffic for unusual or suspicious activity. Analyse and interpret activity and make recommendations for resolution
To analyse information security trends and make appropriate recommendations to the Head of Risk Management and Group Information Security function (as required).
To report the status of information security vulnerabilities to the Head of Risk and Group Information Security department.
To design Information Security awareness training programs, training material and awareness material. Coordinate with Group Information Security and ensure the Information Security portal is updated with relevant content.
 
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Information Security certification namely CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Implementer.
Experience in ISO 27001 and PCI DSS preferable
Experience of working within a banking environment is essential.
